Returns

We are always happy to help with any issue you may have!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it for a refund as long as it meets our returns policy as stated below.

Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your item. Items can not be refunded if they have been used. Unfortunately shipping costs and/or import duties are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. Please send a parcel via a signed for service and keep receipt for proof of postage.

Please note that made-to-order products can not be returned unless they are faulty.

If your item arrives damaged in anyway, please email us on hello@bexparkin.co.uk so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
